"Jim Marconi came out and did our estimate. Very responsive to our requests, gave great suggestions for how to save $ while still fulfilling our fencing needs. Their quote was a few thousand less than Northeast Fence. We had to wait about 3 months for the material to come in, but not their fault. (Thanks pandemic) When they finally came out, it was at the start of an awful 90+ heat wave. The guys worked in extreme heat with little shade in our yard. They did amazing work and we couldn't be more pleased with the results."

"I found this company online upon doing a Google search, and based on the positive Yelp reviews, I was quick to reach out for a quote for a new fence as well as some repair work for an existing fence and gate. The owner of the company responded with expediency despite being on vacation, and was prompt to come by upon his return. Of the four quotes I obtained from different companies, I went with him because it was clear he was not only an expert in the business, but an excellent person to do business with. He was reliable, kind and trustworthy the whole way through. His crew did an exemplary crafting and installing the new fencing and a custom built gate in one area, and replacing damaged posts and a damaged gate in another area. I have high standards for quality and customer service, and Jim and his team fully delivered. The work was done last fall, and one of the new pressure treated posts did not fare well in the winter. Upon reaching out to Jim with photos and an explanation, he had his crew come out within less than one week, and replaced the post on the spot, without any issue. I am beyond impressed and grateful, and that is why I am writing this review. I am hoping to pay it forward and backward to them and to anyone else who may be looking for a top quality small local business owner to do business with."

As part of a larger construction project, I was having a deck replaced and needed a privacy fence mounted to a concrete retaining wall. Jim came out to do the estimate the morning after I called. His workers were at my home within a few days...They installed the steel support posts into the concrete wall so the contractor could complete the deck. The fence was then up/completed in 2 weeks, just before Christmas.

Jim is 'easy going', very fair with his estimates and trustworthy. His men were hardworking, detail oriented and left my property looking perfect.

It's not often that you find a contractor that delivers on his promise of quality and time but Jim Marconi did just that. I highly recommend this company for any fencing needs you may have."

Very professional and thorough in his assessment and specific in the work To be done. His estimate was in the middle but his commitment to his company and product was reassuring.

Agreed to the work last week and his crew was here within 10 days. High quality product -not a big box store average stockade. Crew was on time, hard working, shoveled snow away and repaired a gate to meet current code standards. Cleaned area before leaving as well. "Very happy with my new fence. I had 2 different people refer me to Sentry, so I added them to the list to have them come out and take a look at my job. Jim came right out within 2 days, arrived promptly when stated and quickly measured discussed what I wanted and was able to give me a quote on the spot (the other company I worked with was not able to provide a quote for several days). After I had it quoted out, Sentry was the best deal of the bunch and Jim was very helpful and knew what he was talking about, so I decided to use them.

They were able to schedule the job and get to me quite quickly, the product quality was very good (I did a cedar fence with pressure treated posts). The crew that came out to do the fence arrived as stated, where courteous and careful and asks questions whenever they thought they needed input. They were willing to do the extra work that others specifically excluded in their wordy contract, including some light trimming of small trees and branches that were in the way. Jim checked on the job as it was happening, everything was left neat and tidy when they left and the fence turned out wonderful. I could not be happier with the entire process and the price I paid."

About 3 weeks later, Tony and his crew of two other men installed the Interstate Brand Open Spindle Straight Top Vinyl Fence. Tony was very experienced and has worked with Jim for many years. The quotes were firm, complete, and did not have a lot of contingency fees included as was the case with other contractors. On the day the project was scheduled his team, Tony and Gary, arrived right on time at 8:30 in the morning and worked steadily on a sweltering July day with high temps and humidity. The gentleman, Rick,from Sentry was friendly and listened to what we needed to have done. He made an appt to come out for an estimate a day or so later. He arrived exactly on time ( in fact 5 minutes early!!). He listened while we explained our plan and he made some suggestions on the repair work. We felt the price was fair and gave him 1/3 down. He gave us an approximate time for work to begin. The work was done right around the time he stated. The crew arrived on time, worked through a sweltering hot day and finished around 4pm. The yard was left in a clean condition. One item had to be finished the next day, a gate, and it was finished early in the morning. I gave the remaing amount due to the crew that day. My husband and I were very pleased with this job from start to finish. I would definitely use this company again."
